Royal Caribbean
3 day - 4 night Bahamas Cruise
(from Port Canaveral, FL)

Looking for a quick vacation getaway to exotic shores at a reasonable price? The Royal Caribbean Monarch of the Seas offers the perfect solution – three and four night cruises to the beautiful Bahamas!

The Monarch of the Seas, based in Port Canaveral, Florida holds 2,744 passengers, has two swimming pools, a rock climbing wall, the Casino Royale, musical shows, incredible 360 degree views from the Viking Lounge, a basketball court, a pizzeria, an Asian fusion restaurant and a good sized buffet in addition to the formal dining room.

The first stop on the four night Bahama cruise is CocoCay, which is Royal Caribbean’s private island. With tenders going to the island and coming back to the ship all day, you can spend as much time as you desire on the island or the ship.

CocoCay offers many water activities - snorkeling, scuba diving, wave jets, kayaks and parasailing. Caylana’s Castle Cove Aqua Park is a favorite of young cruisers. Its’ giant water slide is suitable for both adults and children. There is even a glass bottom boat excursion giving you views of many colorful tropical fish.

Nature trails wind through the interior of island and lounge chairs surround the perimeter giving you many opportunities to relax and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine and beaches.

Souvenirs are also available for those shoppers who want to find the perfect item as a remembrance of CocoCay. The souvenir shopping area is colorful and prices are reasonable.

A Bar-B-Q lunch is provided for passengers on the island while those returning to the ship will find all their shipboard favorites available including the buffet.

The second port of call for this cruise is Nassau, Bahamas. Because you arrive in the early morning and do not leave until about midnight, you get a full day and evening to experience everything from the world-famous Atlantis resort to the always-entertaining Bahamanian straw market which is a short walk from the pier.

The Blue Lagoon Dolphin Encounters offers dolphin and sea lion encounters on a private island and is one of our favorite excursions anywhere.

Your final day of this four night cruise is a relaxing sea day.

Don't forget to watch your ship's bulletin for Friends of Dorothy get-togethers for LGBT passengers. It is a great way to make new friends.

This three day, four night Bahamas cruise is the perfect getaway for the person who only has a few days to vacation.
