 One of the best pro tennis events in Florida just got better! The 2012 event features the fastest server on the planet, a 6'10" American phenom, a U.S. Open champ AND some of the best players in tennis history!
The Delray Beach International Tennis Championship is being held Feb. 24 to March 4, 2012 at the Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center and once again includes both the ATP World Tour event featuring current pros and thel ATP Champions Tour event featuring tennis legends such as eight time Grand Slam champion Ivan Lendl and French Open champions Carlos Moya and Michael Chang.
The Delray Beach ITC features a great crop of current pro tennis stars  including U.S. Open champion - Andy Roddick, the fastest server in tennis history - Ivo Karlovic, the 6'10" American phenom - John Isner, and arguably the best doubles team in tennis history - the Brian brothers.
Former Boca Raton resident and 2003 US Open champion Andy Roddick is coming back to the tournament where he made his pro debut at age 17. Roddick is also a three-time Wimbledon runner-up, a 2006 US Open finalist, and has won dozens of ATP titles in 10 years as a pro. His 41 US Davis Cup singles wins ranks second all-time behind tennis legend John McEnroe. He holds the record for the second fastest serve ever recorded - 155 mph.
 The ATP Champion's Tour features some of the best players in the history of tennis including eight time Grand Slam singles champion Ivan Lendl, French Open champion Michael Chang, French Open champion Carlos Moya and Wimbledon champion Pat Cash.
One of the best things about the Delray ITC is that it is such an intimate venue. One some of the courts, you will find yourself just feet from the players with tennis balls zooming by at speeds of more than 100 mph.
